Shipping
UK orders will be shipped within 3 workings days. If there are any unforeseen reasons for shipping to be delayed we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
UK orders - free over £250
International (non-EU) orders - from £25. Please note that international customers will be responsible for any local duty or customs taxes imposed by the recipient’s country.
Due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GSPR) that were introduced by the EU on 13th December 2024, Francesca Studio is currently not accepting orders from the EU. We hope to resolve this soon.
Returns
If you would like to return your item(s) please send an email to Francesca.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received within 14 days in original packaging and condition. Items must be returned with insurance and proof of postage. If orders are returned without insurance and proof of postage will be at the customers risk.
Include original paperwork with your return. For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Francesca Studio does not refund shipping, insurance, or taxes.
Some items are made using offcuts, hand dyed, or vintage materials and so customers may find imperfects such as variations in colour or slubby qualities in the materials used. These are not considered faults and refunds will not be issued on this basis.
Faulty items may be returned for inspection. If deemed faulty (not due to wear and tear), we may offer a repair, replacement, credit note, or refund.
Refunds may take up to 30 days and depend on your card provider.
